He is survived by: his spouse Daniel Collazo; and his siblings, Patricia Blanchard (Edward) of Easton, Florence Sera (late James) of Attleboro, Donna McGrath of Norton, Marion Smith (late John) and Noreen Jones (Walter). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, and friends.
