Barbara Allen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Allen (Ipswich, Massachusetts), born in Lynn, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 19, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Barbara may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Barbara touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Maynard Allen; her brother Herbert Simpson Jr.; and her parents, Lillian Simpson and Herbert Simpson Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Michael D Allen (Maria (Jones)) of Salem, Patricia L. Allen of Ipswich and John H. Allen of Ipswich; her grandson Jonathan M. Allen (Jackie (Chambers)) of No; and her great grandchild Josephine L. Allen of No. She is also survived by her three grandchildren, great granddaughter, and all her nieces and nephews.
