He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Ramsey (Smith); his parents, John Haller Ramsey and Lorna Ramsey (Critchley); and his brothers, James Verner Ramsey, Gordon Ramsey and Richard Duff Ramsey.
He is survived by: his children, Cornelia Shea (Patrick) of Wenham, MA, Lucius Ramsey (Kristen) of Newport, RI and Benjamin Ramsey (Meral) of Brooklyn, NY; his grandchildren, Jemma, Marley, Parker Shea, Francis, Rockford Ramsey, Thaddeus and Sebastian Ramsey; and his brother Philip Ramsey of Cocoa Beach, FL. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws and cousins.
