She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hammond and Muriel Hammond (Muise). She is survived by: her husband Eugene Moon (Jack); and her children, Mitchell MacDonald (Beth), Lori MacDonald and Darrin Moon (Sandra). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 3 loving sisters in law, and many nephews, nieces and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Campbell Funeral Home - Ipswich (6 High St, Ipswich, MA 01938). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dale's memory to the Parkinson's Foundation.
