He was predeceased by: his wife Corrine MacIntosh (Patkowski); and his parents, Frank M. MacIntosh and Alice MacIntosh (Kavanaugh). He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Matthias of Haverhill and Amy Goodman (Michael) of Ipswich; his grandchildren, Gina Matthias of Haverhill, Deven MacIntosh of Hampton, NH and Rebecca Goodman of Ipswich; and his great grandchild Anthony Matthias of Haverhill.
