He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion (Thomas McMahon) and Winchester; his brothers, Tom and Bob McMahon; and his siblings-in-law, Lois McMahon, Ralph Compagnone and Bill Stanley.

He is survived by: his sons, Tom (Erika), Jon of Maryland and Bryn (Lindsay) of Ipswich; his grandchildren, Quinlan, Maygan and Ellery of Maryland; his sisters, Marian Stanley of Concord, MA. and Jane Compagnone of Mount Lebanon, PA.; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra McMahon of Saugus, MA., Jon and Janet Gregory of Fort Mill, SC.. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and dear friends.
