He was predeceased by: his wife Vera A. Blake (Nelson); his parents, George F. Blake and Mary Blake; his son Wayne Blake; his grandchild Kyle Blake; and his siblings, Daniel Blake and Sharleene Patnaude.
He is survived by: his sons, Mark A. Blake of Ipswich, Michael E. Blake (Marilyn) of Newton, NH and Layton G.
