Patricia Ann Adams Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Adams of Ipswich, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Phyllis Adams and Charles Adams; her daughters, Kim (David Chalifour) and Missy (Chuck Ouellette); her siblings, Martha Adams-Desimone (Bill) and John Quincy Adams (Tanya); her grandchildren, Courtney Tucker (Corey), Ashley Krugh (Jeremy), Matt Arena, Jack Ouellette and Josh Ouellette; and her great grandchildren, Cole Tucker and Cooper Adams Tucker. She was also cherished by her family, friends, dearly-loved students, and companions.
In lieu of services, Pat requested that donations be made to Make a Wish and the Carter Center, both of which do remarkable things for very different populations.
