He was predeceased by: his parents, William L O'Neill Sr. and Helen Dalton. He is survived by: his wife Susan M. O'Neill (Benedetto) of Ipswich; his daughter Kathryn A. Fitzgerald (Michael) of Caldwell, NJ; his grandsons, Jack W. and William J. Fitzgerald of Caldwell, NJ; and his sister Karen Nappo (Pat Nappo) of Hudson, NH. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial contributions in his name may be made to 40 Days for Life, 4112 East 29th Street, Bryan, TX 77802.
