Sloate Sr. and Patricia Sloate (Cavanaugh); his siblings, Lisa Sloate, Lori Sloate (Trish) and Kevin Sloate (Jamie); his wife Lisa; his children, Zoey, Samantha (Ethan), Jamie (Dan) and Matthew; his sister-in-law Hillary; his nieces, Eva, Lily and Rose; his in-laws, Bruce and Diana Emond; and his brother-in-law Mike. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
