He is survived by: his wife Karen Griffin (MacIlvane); his sisters, Mary Ellen Putnam (Gary) of Trinity, FL and Frances Glockner of Booth Bay, ME; his siblings-in-law, Kevin MacIlvane (Cathy), Bonnie Kenney (Kevin) and Tammie Smiley (David); and his aunts, Anne Marie MacIlvane and Virginia Sobol. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
