He was predeceased by: his former wife Sandra Goldberg Levine; and his son Samuel Levine. He is survived by: his children, Marc Levine, Samantha, Ella, Nancy Atkinson, Ariel, Ephriam and Shira; and his great grandchildren, Eliora, Kobi, Idan, Avital, Naomi, Orli (Atkinson), Halleli and Sadie (Gerow).
