She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph T. Starr and Genivieve "Gwen" F. Starr. She is survived by: her sisters, Sandra Starr Sojka (Paul) of Richmond, VA, Nancy Starr Chapman (David) of Pittsburgh, PA and Kathryn Starr Croan (Daniel) of Bernalillo, NM.; her nephews, Stephen, Joseph Sojka (Christine), Daniel Chapman and Andrew (Rachel Croan); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lily, Luke Sojka, Camden Evans, Callen Nichols and Sevi Croan.
