He was predeceased by: his parents, John Connell and Anne Connell (Walsh); and his brother David Connell. He is survived by: his children, Michael Connell Jr. (Andrea), Tracey Gray (Bob), Scott Connell (Jessica) and Amy McGonigle (Patrick); and his siblings, Gary Connell, Brian Connell, Maryanne Gosselin, Jackie Connell and Tom Connell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to Boston Children's Hospital, reflecting Michael's unwavering commitment to educating and nurturing children.
