He is survived by: his wife Joyce J. Kish (Shaw); his daughters, Colleen Anderson (Scott), Suzanne Wiley (Ed), Cheryl Frye (late Rob) and Nancy Macedo (Jef Goyette); his stepsons, Matthew Kish (Cherie) and Jonathan Kish (Keri); and his brother William Smith of Wyoming. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins.
