Hoover; his stepchildren, Michael Smith, Lisa Marie LaRose, Paul Smith and Kevin Smith (Ana); his siblings, Bill Hoover (Cassandra), Penny and Pam; his mother Clara Strogen (Strogen); his uncle Edward McClung; his stepmother Lorraine Smith; his stepsister Katrina Cain; and his stepnephew Andy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and seven loving grandchildren.
