He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Willis Heim and Frances Ina Heim (Reges); and his brother Joseph W. Heim, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Wendy L. Heim (Gaver); his son Derek Heim (Christine Mucci); his granddaughter Emily Mucci; and his siblings, Ronald Heim (Margaret) and Jerry Heim (Lorna). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
