Diane C. Fazio Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Diane C. Fazio of Lancaster, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 14, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Diane leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Dolvin and Rita Dolvin (Bourque). She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Croteau-Lucas (John) and Joseph Fazio (Heather); her sisters, Linda Melazzo and Denise McCarthy (Bill); and her grandchildren, Alyssa Croteau, Austin Croteau, Joshua Lucas, Giavanna Fazio and Nico Fazio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
