He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Jane Burke, James Burke and Elizabeth Albert; and his parents, James J. Burke and Frances Burke (Moran).
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer L. Burke, Melissa M. Burke and Michael H. Burke, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jaimie Burke, Andrew, Amanda Bailey and Dylan Arquitt; his sisters, Phyllis Dowd, Margaret Starr, Nancy Maxim and Barbara LaChance; and the mother of his children Karen A. Stickney (Spielvogel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and his former wife.
