He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Andrejczyk; his brother Stephen Andrejczyk; and his parents, William Andrejczyk and Carolyn Andrejczyk (Baer). He is survived by: his wife Jane Andrejczyk (Morrison); his sons, Phillip Andrejczyk and Kyle Andrejczyk (Diane Nascimento); his grandchildren, Olive and Henry Andrejczyk; his siblings, William Andrejczyk (Margaret), Nancy McNally (Edward) and Mary Ford; and his friends, Tommy, Ron, Peter and Joe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
