He is survived by: his wife Linnea Lakin Servey; his stepchildren, Melissa McNamara (Sean) and Christopher Lakin (Soula); his sisters, Ellen Todd (John Jackson) and Martha Ludlum (Gregory); and his nephew Nathan Turner (Monica).
