Helena L. Jurczyk Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helena L. Jurczyk of Lanesborough, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 6, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Capitanio and Teresa Capitanio (Maule); her son-in-law Charles Stankiewicz; and her siblings, Mario, Alfred, George, Joseph, Leo, Anthony Capitanio, Antoinette Grizey, Catherine Arment, Mary Bowler, Margaret McCormick, Theresa Punch and Patricia LaGrant.
She is survived by: her husband Edward H. Jurczyk of Lanesborough; her children, Monica Stankiewicz of Lanesborough and Todd Jurczyk (Linda) of Peabody, MA; her grandchildren, Ian, Emma Stankiewicz, Dylan and Gavin Jurczyk; and her sister Rena White of Indiana.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation and mailed to Dery Funeral Home, 54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201.
