It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice C. Hughes of Lanesborough, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 10, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Alec; her grandfather Frank; her close friend Dick Cook; and her former husband Lloyd Hughes. She is survived by: her children, Jean, Del (Tracy) and Sandy; her grandchildren, Lane, Cedar and Saville; her great grandchild Colton; and her aunt Gert.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made directly to Jean Hughes, and will be used to further her great grandson Colton's education.
