He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Cahill and Catherine Cahill (Morrissey); and his brothers, Jack, Mike (Janet) and Philip (Jo-Anne).
He is survived by: his sister Margaret Cahill Scanlon (Robert); his sisters-in-law, Janet and JoAnne; and his godchildren, Abby Cahill Assani and Jennifer LeBlanc Thornton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews.
