It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Dianne M. Sheehy of Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 81, on July 25, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Dianne is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Dianne's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oswald F. Elbe and Lena Anderson (Elbe). She is survived by: her husband Bernard F. "Bernie" Sheehy of Lawrence; her sons, Timothy S. Sheehy (Ellen Douglass) of Methuen and Marc J. Sheehy of Methuen; her grandson Timothy J. "T. J." Sheehy (Sophia Morton) of Lawrence; and her daughter Patricia "Tricia" Borgesi of Methuen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dewhirst Boles Funeral Home and Cremation Service (80 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at the Mary's Cemetery (29 Barker St, Lawrence, MA 01841).
