With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan M. MacLeod of Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 6, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Stoney (Moriarty) and Clarence Santos; her stepfather Robert Stoney; her husband Richard MacLeod; her son John MacLeod; and her sister Rose Knox.

She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen (Patrick Byron); her sisters, Carole Stoney and Roberta; her brother-in-law Cary McDermott; her brother James; her siblings-in-law, Ruthann Stoney and Frederick Knox; and also, Melody Byron and Alison Weisenborn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made to a charity of One's Choice.
