With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan M. MacLeod of Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 6, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Stoney (Moriarty) and Clarence Santos; her stepfather Robert Stoney; her husband Richard MacLeod; her son John MacLeod; and her sister Rose Knox.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen (Patrick Byron); her siblings, Carole Stoney and James; her sister-in-law Ruthann Stoney; her sister Roberta; her brothers-in-law, Cary McDermott and Frederick Knox; and also, Melody Byron and Alison Weisenborn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc. - North Andover (35 Merrimack St, North Andover, MA 01845). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 7:15 PM at the same location.
