He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Smith and Irene Smith (Huard); and his wife Pauline B. Smith (Signe). He is survived by: his children, David J. Smith (Robbin) of Methuen, MA, Debra Smith of Londonderry, NH and Dawn Smith (Philip Moricone) of Mooresville, NC; his sister Doris Beland of Billerica, MA; his grandchildren, Tanya Raymond, Jaclyn Michaud, Nicholas Michaud, Tracey Smith, Zachary Smith, Alexis Smith, Austin Allard and Brooke Smith; and his great grandchildren, Ethan Gianni, Hunter Raymond, Lillian Anaya, Maysun Raymond, Kaylynn Raymond, Maddox Michaud and Jace Raymond. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
