Katherine E. Kawash Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine E. Kawash of Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 27, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Katherine leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Katherine may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband Edward D. Kawash; and her parents, Joseph E. Marcello and Lillian K. Marcello (Mitchell). She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph R. Marcello (Lynelle) of Methuen and Kathleen "Kathy" Chichester (Edward) of Methuen; her nephews, Anthony (Hollee), James and Joseph (Joyce Martinez); and her great-nephew Ronny Marcello.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Dole, Childs & Shaw Funeral Home (148 Main St, Haverhill, MA 01830). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (217 Main St, Haverhill, MA 01830).
