He is survived by: his father James Maginnis; his wife Charlene Maginnis of Lawrence; his children, David Maginnis (Christine Youngs) of Amesbury, MA and Krista Cote Wall (Joseph) of Haverhill; his grandchildren, Johnny (Katt), Samantha, Mikhaila, Matthew and Christopher (Tricia); his great grandchild Alayah; and his sisters, Marilyn Hannagan of Hampton, NH, Patricia Cox of Dracut, MA and Janet Panagiotakos of Salisbury, MA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
