We announce the death of Linda R. (Picard) Mills in Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 24, 2026, at the age of 84. Linda will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Picard and Pauline Picard (Cooper); her husband Steve L. Mills; and her brother Jason Douglas Picard of Haverhill. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey S. Mills, Sr. (Sheila) of Glennville, GA and Michelle Wunderlich (Marc) of Haverhill; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Mills, Jr., Jacob Mills, Harlee Mills, Wyatt Wunderlich and Georgia Wunderlich; her great grandchild Jayden Mills; her goddaughter Wendy Canney; and her close friends, Patricia Roger, Viola Glennie and Alice Hutchins.
