She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest C. Beam and Julia E. Beam Sr. (Willis); her husband Alfred W. Shambo; and her siblings, Lillian Shafer, Caroline Reed, Etta Thomas, Lorraine Taylor, Dorothy Beam, Ernest Beam Jr., Clyde Beam, William Beam, LeRoy Beam and Elmer Beam.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Theodore Shambo, Paul Shambo and Peter Shambo; and her siblings, Townshend and Erwin Beam of Newport. She is also survived by several Step-Grandchildren, Step- great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
