He was predeceased by : his parents, Alice M. Hewitt (LaRivee) and Edward P. Hewitt; and his siblings, Edward L. Hewitt, Theresa M. Curtin (Hewitt), Frances C. Garofalo (Hewitt), William A. Hewitt and Thomas Hewitt.
He is survived by : his siblings, Rita E. Hewitt of Lawrence and Michael A. Hewitt (Rita A.) of Lowell. He is also survived by Several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
