He was predeceased by : his parents, Edmond Arcand and Mary Arcand (Robichaud); and his sisters, Lillian Levesque and Nancy Terrio. He is survived by : his siblings, Juliana Zalanskas of Londonderry, NH, Mae (Bill Kalil), Rosanna (Gerry Jardin), Celia Monty of Lawrence, MA., Edmund (Deborah), Billy (Susan), Peter (Sharon) and Tom (Rhoda). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and beloved friends.
