He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Borghetti and Elizabeth Pupa Borghetti (Nordbloom); his brothers, Andrew D. Pupa, Tony Pupa (Phyllis), Gerald "Jerry" Pupa and Ronald "Ronnie" Pupa; and his brother-in-law David Dillon.
He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth "Betsy" Dillon (Borghetti) of Maine; and his sister-in-law Virginia "Ginny" Pupa of Wilmington. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and other extended family.
