With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosemary Hanley of Lawrence, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 2, 2026 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Rosemary leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hanley and Julia Hanley; her aunt Betty Maloney; her brother James G. Hanley; and her brother-in-law Thomas Bowen.
She is survived by: her siblings, Dorothy Bowen and John Hanley (Margaret); her sister-in-law Annette Hanley; and her friend Mike Garrihy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins.
