He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Tullock; and his stepson David Cook. He is survived by: his daughter Camie Kuhn; and his grandchildren, Devin Cook, Brodie Cook, Collin Cook, Regina Cook, Kayla Sires, Bryana Kuhn, Ciera Scutieri and Mike Winters. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
