With sadness, we share the passing of Jean Ellen Killackey (Lee, Massachusetts). Jean, born on October 18, 1936, passed away on October 22, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vinton Adams and Ruth Adams (Farnham); her husband Charles Killackey; her sons, Kevin and John Killackey; her grandsons, Christopher Killackey and Matthew Newton; and her close friend Henry "Rico" Smachetti.
She is survived by: her children, Charles, Shawn Killackey, Kathleen O'Leary (Thomas) and Colleen Newton (Roger); and her daughter-in-law Jean Killackey (Coty). She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren, as well as one great-great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kelly Funeral Home (3 Main St, Lee, MA 01238). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make a donation in Jean's memory to the Cure Alzheimer's Fund, in care of the funeral home.
