He was predeceased by: his siblings, Thomas Pultorak, Rosemary Smith (Pultorak) and Joan Oggiani (Pultorak). He is survived by: his significant other Regina Pultorak; his daughter Tanya Gaudette (Shawn Gaudette); his stepdaughters, Jodie Pixley and Jennifer Pixley-Dawson (Chris Dawson); and his pet Chester.
