He was predeceased by: his siblings, Thomas Pultorak, Rosemary Smith (Pultorak) and Joan Oggiani (Pultorak). He is survived by: his significant other Regina Pultorak; his daughter Tanya Gaudette (Shawn Gaudette); his stepdaughters, Jodie Pixley and Jennifer Pixley-Dawson (Chris Dawson); and his pet Chester.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Kelly Funeral Home (3 Main St, Lee, MA 01238). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Open Door Church (87 Summer St, Lee, MA 01238).
