We bid farewell to Richard Huhtanen (Lee, Massachusetts), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 22, 2026 at the age of 87. Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the vast expanse of eternity, Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Heimo Huhtanen and Olive Huhtanen. He is survived by: his children, Todd R. Huhtanen (Jeanne Brzycki) and Holly J. Clark (Justin L. Clark); his grandchildren, Kelly Huhtanen, Tyler Huhtanen and Ethan Clark; and his former wife Joan Huhtanen (Fontaine). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
