He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys Brundage MacWilliams; his sisters, Susan MacWilliams and Kathryn MacWilliams; his niece Sherry MacWilliams; and his nephew Stephan Goranson.

He is survived by: his father Willard MacWilliams; his uncles, Scotty (Grampie) and Grampie-Scotty; his wife Leanne Curran MacWilliams; his daughters, Maggie MacWilliams and Kristy MacWilliams; his granddaughters, Jayde MacWilliams, Josslyn Rustay and Harmony Casteel; his siblings, David (Deborah MacWilliams) and Margaret MacWilliams (Jeffrey Bell); his siblings-in-law, Susan (Marc Poirier), Catherine (Stephen Cloutier) and John (Marybeth Curran); and his pet Frankie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
