She was predeceased by : her husband James P. Jacques, Sr.; her son John Jacques; her grandsons, Adam Jacques and Christopher Westgate; and her parents, Luigi Aureli and Luigia Aureli.

She is survived by : her children, Luigi Jacques (Marilyn) of Shrewsbury, Rosemarie Bauckman (John Dicken) and Margaret Westgate of Dudley; her daughter-in-law Denise Jacques of Leicester; her grandchildren, James Bauckman, Samantha Ortiz (Eric), Matthew Jacques, Jennifer Covello (Michael), Jessica Jacques and Ashley Westgate; and her great grandchildren, Isabella, Tyler, Eric, Lucas, Keegan, Charlotte, Addison, Aurora and Jordyn.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Paolina's name to the Leicester Senior Center, 40 Winslow Ave, Leicester, MA 01524.
