He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Daly and Edna Daly (Adams); and his siblings, Frederick Daly (late Katrin Svala), Richard Daly (late Dawn), Joanne Arello and John Daly.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis M. DeForest; his children, Sherri A. McFadden (Terence) of Putnam, Andrea M. Terry (Erik) of Annapolis, Matthew C. Daly and Wareham; his stepchildren, Cynthia M. St. Germain (Jay Holdash) of Shrewsbury and Todd R. St. Germain (Lynn) of Walpole; his grandchildren, Ashley Graham (Brad), Jocelyn, Melanie McFadden, Paige Hampton (Matthew), Joshua, Christopher McFadden, James, Rebecca Terry, Jessica Whitehouse (Mark), Emilee Butler (Nathan) and Hayley St. Germain (Zachary Tweed); his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Josephine, Amelia, Wesley, Henry, Eloise, Maxwell, Benjamin and Penelope; and his in-laws, Linda Daly of Worcester and Robert Arello. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
