She was predeceased by: her parents, William O'Brien and Johanna Keane O'Brien; her husband C. William Strong (Bill); and her son Timothy M. Strong. She is survived by: her children, Janine Burt (David) of Pittsfield and William B. Strong (Susan) of South Yarmouth, MA.; her grandchildren, Connor W. Burt, William R. Strong and Erin E. Strong; her stepgrandson Caiden Burt; her great grandchild Farrah Strong; her brother-in-law Neal Strong (Donna) of Shaftsbury, VT.; and her nibling England.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Dery-Foley Funeral Home (890 Main St, Dalton, MA 01226). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (489 Main St, Dalton, MA 01226).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her name to St. Agnes Food Pantry in care of the funeral home.
