MaryLou leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. MaryLou’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew MaryLou will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Malcolm Tompkins and Mary Louise Snyder Tompkins; her husband William R. Nutbrown of Lenox; her son William M. Nutbrown (Maggie) of Dalton; her grandchildren, William F. Nutbrown and Charlotte Nutbrown of Dalton; her sister Margaret Tallman of Poestenkill, NY; and her brother-in-law James Nutbrown of Pittsfield.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dery Funeral Home (54 Bradford St, Pittsfield, MA 01201). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at the Westerlo Central Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made payable to The United Methodist Church of Lenox and mailed to the funeral home.
