She is survived by: her children, Debbie Forth (John) of Templeton, MA and Michael Parviainen; her siblings, David Whiting (Francine) of Templeton, MA and Patricia Cormier (Stephen) of Gardner, MA.; her granddaughters, Kristina Baker, Kaitlyn Forth, Danielle Forth and Brianna Beckwith; her great grandchild Jackson Draeger; her niece Laura Cormier; and her nephews, David G. Whiting, Jeffrey Cormier, Daryl and Randy Richard.
