He is survived by: his wife Kerry Herold (Murphy); his mother Cindy Herold; his aunt Judy Allain; his cousins, Tiffany and Kristen Allain; his uncles, Jeff and Kevin Herold; his brother Derek; his sister-in-law Amanda Murphy; his nieces, Addison and Darien; his nephew Aiden Murphy; and his stepdaughter Kia Linda.
