He is survived by: his wife Patricia Germaine of Leominster; his children, David Docekal, Jr. (May), Grafton, Dawn Merrifield (Docekal) of Leominster, Dana Germaine of Leominster, Todd Germaine (Diane) of Fitchburg, Chris Germaine (Jeff Baker) and Michael Germaine (Jeri-Ellen) of Winchendon; his grandchild Paige King (Nolan); his great grandchild Everett; his grandchildren, Brooke Stelluto (Cody), Shaughnessy Docekal and Kaitlyn Woodworth; his great grandchildren, Emma, Cole, Alyssa Germaine, Lauren Germaine, Samantha Chace, Teresa Duval and TJ Germaine; his sisters, Denise Gowell (Ron) and Judith Kramer (Mike); Levi, Ryan, Milo, Iris and Charlotte. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
