He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Gallant and Aurore Gallant (Babineau); his granddaughters, Christine Gallant and Breana Gallant; and his great grandchild Christine Kelly Collins.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Peter Gallant (Wendy), Victor Gallant (Donna), Rick Gallant (Debbie) and John Gallant (Kate); his siblings, Joe Gallant and Florine Landry of Canada; and his mother-in-law Margarita Melanson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Cecilia's Church, 180 Mechanic Street, Leominster, MA 01453.
