He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Marrone and Eva Marrone (Caponi). He is survived by: his wife Linda Marrone (Brosseau); his children, Kelly McDonald (Aaron) of Leicester and Keith Marrone of Land; his siblings, Cindi Marquis (Paul) of York, ME and Thomas Marrone (Lori) of Wamauma, FL; and his granddaughters, Caitlyn Varnum and Jenna Prokopowich. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in his name to the Jimmy Fund or the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
