With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Amelia Yanakis of Lexington, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband John C. Yanakis. She is survived by: her nephews, Nicholas Milona of Chelmsford and Michael Milona of North Billerica; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Alexander Milona of Salida, CO, Chris Milona of North Billerica and Stephanie Milona of Natick; Bonnie Silva of Tewksbury. She is also survived by her many God-children.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (17 Meriam St, Lexington, MA 02420). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
